Sigma Health Rehab is looking for a Full-time/Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a skilled nursing facility.

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work at Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong background in Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), and a passion for improving the lives of our patients.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Duties Include:

  • Administer evaluations & examinations to diagnose & develop treatment plans.
  • Refer clients to additional medical or educational services if needed.
  • Monitor Residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Provide communication instruction to Residents with limited English proficiency.
  • Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
  • Observe and assess the progress & prepare detailed reports.
  • Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements Include:

  • A graduate of an accredited SLP Program
  • Current SLP License in the State of which practicing
  • Experience in long-term care settings preferred

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Pay: $40.00 - $52.00 per hour
